To register, each participant should fill in the SOHOMA’14 Registration Form, make the payment using this address and return by email (at sohoma14@cimr.pub.ro) the Registration Form and proof of payment.

Payment

What is covered by the fee?

Regular registrants (Professors/Research/Industry): The registration fee includes access to technical sessions, Workshop Preprints, coffee breaks and lunches. It does not include access to Gala Dinner. Regular registrants are entitled to upload 2 final papers.

Ph.D. Student registrants: If at the time of registration or at the time of initial submission of paper for review the registrant is a “full-time student” at a certified institution, she/he may register at student rate. The registrant will be required to provide evidence of full-time student status. This registration fee includes access to technical sessions, Workshop Preprints, coffee breaks and lunches. It does not include access to Gala Dinner. Student registrants are entitled to upload one final paper.

Accompanying persons: the registration fee to Gala Dinner is 75,00€ .
